 This face oil is a distinctive blend of easily absorbed plant oils chosen because of their similitude and compatibility with skin sebum, a harmonising and revitalising factor which makes this face oil suitable for all skin types but with special benefits for maturing skin. Australian Macadamia Nut Oil is highly nourishing, supportive of hydration and the skin’s natural restructuring processes. These functions are due to high levels of Palmitoleic Acid (also found in sebum) and a complex of B Vitamins, Vitamin E and A. These nutrients mean this oil is especially suitable for skin where natural sebum production is decreased or disrupted (ageing or illness). The finesse of Camellia Seed Oil supports all these functions as well as being rich in Vitamin D and Oleic Acid, both positive influences on cell renewal, skin elasticity and has anti-oxidant effect. Evening Primrose Seed Oil high in Gamma Linolenic Acid is also skin protective (anti-inflammatory, antibacterial) and is promoted as an agent against premature ageing. Lavender and Neroli Essential Oils boost these protective effects, soothing and restoring balance to the skin’s natural regenerative processes.
